What is clarity consulting?
Clarity consulting helps people slow down when things feel overwhelming. It’s a focused conversation designed to sort through ideas, decisions, or projects so the situation becomes clear and manageable again.
How is this different from life coaching?
Life coaching often focuses on long-term personal growth, mindset, and accountability.
Clarity consulting focuses on the situation itself — untangling what’s in front of you so you can decide what to do next, or whether to move forward at all.
What do people usually come to you for?
People reach out when they feel:
- overwhelmed by too many ideas
- stuck at the beginning of a project
- unsure whether something is worth pursuing
- mentally scattered and unable to prioritize
They don’t need motivation — they need clarity.
Is this ongoing or long-term?
Usually not. Most clarity work happens in one focused session. Occasionally, someone may want short-term follow-up, but the goal is not dependency — it’s resolution.
What happens in a clarity session?
We talk through what’s feeling unclear. I ask open-ended questions, help organize thoughts, and reflect patterns back to you. Afterward, I send a short written summary with clear next steps or conclusions.
Who is this a good fit for?
Clarity consulting works well for people who are thoughtful, capable, and motivated — but temporarily overwhelmed. It’s especially helpful during transitions, planning phases, or moments of uncertainty.
What if I realize I don’t want to move forward?
That’s a valid and valuable outcome. Clarity isn’t about pushing ahead — it’s about making informed decisions without pressure or guilt.
Do I need to prepare anything?
No formal preparation is required. If you have notes, ideas, or questions, bring them — but it’s not necessary. The session is designed to meet you where you are.
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on the type and length of the session. Some people need a short, focused conversation; others benefit from a longer working session. I’ll always be upfront, and we’ll find an option that fits your needs and budget.
How do I book a session?
You can reach out by message or email, and we’ll find a time that works. Sessions are offered virtually.
