Virtual Assistant helping client

My Years of Experience as a VA

Do you own your own business and sometimes feel like you have nobody to share your highs and lows? Sure, you can confide in your family, but often they might just respond with a casual “uh-huh” and move on. Finding someone who understands the ups and downs of running a business can be tough. Maybe you’re stuck on a decision and need to process it; that’s where I come in!

As a Virtual Assistant with over 20 years of experience helping small business owners elevate their operations, I’ve made it my mission to be a sounding board and partner in crime for my clients. Recently, I had a client who had a brilliant idea but was unsure how to bring it to life. I encouraged them to take a step back and view the big picture before diving into the details. To help them focus, I sent over some questions via email that guided their thought process.

Ideas often have two components to it either you’re a big picture or a detail thinker and the little details. Most business owners lean toward being big picture thinkers, while virtual assistants like myself thrive in the world of details. It’s this balance that helps turn visions into reality.

Working remotely, I can connect with you through my laptop. I’m well-versed on Zoom, Google Meet and Slack. I’m also experienced in Microsoft products and Google Suite. I’m always ready to communicate, whether through calls, texts, or emails.

My journey began as a Clerk-Typist III for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, where I assisted lawyers and securities examiners. My role was to help them transform their ideas into actionable results. Some projects were more challenging than others, but nothing is impossible with the right support and tools and boy compare to 20 years ago we have a plethora of tools to do just about anything you can think!

Over the years, I’ve helped bring to life various projects, including two radio shows, a newspaper, numerous events, and even a magazine. To stay ahead of business trends, I read publications like Inc and Entrepreneur and subscribe to interesting blogs about the business world. This continuous learning allows me to provide valuable insights to my clients.

You’re probably wondering, but how much will this cost me? I have a saying, “I’m not trying to become a millionaire off one client.” I work within your budget. So, if you ever find yourself feeling stuck or overwhelmed with your business, consider reaching out to a virtual assistant. Together, we can navigate the complexities of your ideas and help your business reach its full potential. Let’s tackle the big picture while handling the little details—because success is all about teamwork!
